A simple 6-week community based fitness challenge designed to help take action. 

To feel stronger, more energised and like you've really shown yourself some love over the summer holidays. 

This is a challenge with a difference... a challenge where I ask you NOT to give it your all. I want to teach you the art of consistency over time. There is zero pressure to be perfect here!!
