And that’s exactly why I created the Fully Charged 1:1 coaching program.

This isn’t about going harder or adding more to your to-do list.
It’s a guided step-by-step process using my proven P.A.C.E. Method: built specifically for busy, overwhelmed parents who want to feel like themselves again.

With the right structure, support, and small, meaningful changes…
You can get your energy back. You can feel strong, capable, and clear again.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

After you have applied and been accepted for a coaching space, we will have an initial call to discuss your goals and your challenges. I will then go away and write your program and set you goals to work towards. We will work closely together throughout this process with twice monthly progress calls, weekly check-ins and daily WhatsApp communication. This program is built with YOU in mind. If it doesn't fit your life, you won't get the most out of it.

1:1 coaching is £160 per month for a minimum of 3 months. You are welcome to continue on with this level of support for as long as you need to. When you are ready, you can graduate to the 'Living a Charged Life' plan. This is £99 per month and includes all of the same features as the 1:1 with only 1 call per month and a bi-weekly check in.

I recommend a minimum of 3 months.
